All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details and tracking information.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all regions within Australia. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We make every effort to ensure deliveries are made to your address promptly and securely.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We work with trusted carriers to make sure your cigars arrive in perfect condition.
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days, depending on your location. Free for orders over $350 AUD.
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days, perfect for urgent orders. Rates calculated at checkout.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or remote locations.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment online.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@flavoredcigars.com
with photos of the damage.
If your package is lost during transit, we will work with the carrier to replace or refund your order.
