Order Processing
Orders are processed within one to two business days. Please note that orders submitted on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information and shipping details once your order is prepared for shipment.
Destinations for Shipping
At present, we provide shipping services to all regions of Australia. Currently, we do not provide international shipping services. We strive to guarantee that dispatches are delivered to your address in a timely and secure manner.
Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery

Depending on your location, standard shipping takes 3–5 business days. Orders exceeding $350 are complimentary.
Express Shipping: Ideal for orders that require immediate attention, with a delivery time of 1–3 business days. Rates are computed during the purchasing process.
Please be advised that delivery times may fluctuate as a result of weather conditions, carrier delays, or remote locations.
Costs of Shipping
The cost of shipping is determined at the time of checkout and is contingent upon the quantity of the order and the destination. Free standard shipping is available for orders exceeding $350, while express shipping rates are assessed on an individual basis.
Age and Legal Restrictions
In order to acquire tobacco products, one must be at least 18 years of age.
Additional delivery time or fees may be necessary for remote or difficult-to-reach areas.
Order Monitoring
A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched. This identifier can be employed to track your shipment online.
Packages that have been damaged or lost
If your order is damaged upon arrival, please notify us immediately at support@northleafcigars.ca and include photographs of the damage.
In the event that your delivery is lost during transit, we will collaborate with the carrier to either replace or refund your order.
