Frequently Asked Questions

Flavored Cigars only sells tobacco products to people who are old enough to smoke.
You have to be at least 18 years old in Australia (or the legal age in your province).
You have to be old enough according to both state and federal law. You need to prove your age.

We currently ship within Australia only, in compliance with applicable federal, state, and provincial regulations.

All orders come in packaging that is safe and private. The outside of the package doesn’t have any product names or tobacco-related information on it.

Order processing typically takes 1–3 business days.
Delivery times vary based on location, carrier are provided as estimates only.

Orders may be cancelled only before shipment.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Due to the nature of tobacco products:

  • All sales are final

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned

Refunds or replacements may be considered only for damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders, reported within 48 hours of delivery.

We accept secure payment methods displayed at checkout.
All payments are processed through trusted third-party providers, and Flavored Cigars does not store full payment details.
