1. All Sales Are Final (Regulated Products)
Due to the nature of our products and for health, safety, and regulatory reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on tobacco-related products once they have been shipped.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Cigars and cigarillos
- Tobacco and nicotine products
- Vape devices, pods, and consumables
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged during transit
- Defective on arrival
- Incorrect or missing from your order
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once verified, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:
- A replacement item
- Store credit
- A refund (where applicable)
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Opened or used products
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Clearance or promotional items
- Orders refused or returned due to incorrect address details provided by the customer
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by Australian consumer law.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for products that are faulty, not as described, or fail to meet acceptable quality standards.
