Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to us at North Leaf Cigars. Before making a purchase, please review this Return & Refund Policy thoroughly.

1. All sales are final for regulated products.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on tobacco-related products once they have been dispatched, as a result of the nature of our products and for health, safety, and regulatory reasons.

This encompasses, but is not restricted to:

Cigars and cigarillos
Nicotine and tobacco products
Consumables, capsules, and vape devices

2. Items That Are Incorrect or Damaged

In the event that you receive an item that is:

Transit-related damage
Arrival defect
Inaccurate or absent from your order
Kindly provide us with the following information within 48 hours of the delivery:
The number of your order
Clear images of the product and its packaging

Upon verification, we will provide one of the following options at our discretion:

A substitute article
Store credit
A refund (if applicable)

3. Items That Are Not Returnable

The subsequent items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

Products that have been used or opened
Damaged items as a result of misconduct
Promotional or clearance items
Orders that are refused or returned as a result of the customer’s incorrect address details

4. Processing of Refunds

Refunds that have been approved (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Processing times may fluctuate contingent upon your payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless mandated by Canadian consumer law.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders are only eligible for cancellation prior to dispatch.
Subsequent to shipment, orders are incapable of being revoked or reimbursed.

6. The Canadian Consumer Law

Your rights under the Canadian Consumer Law (CCL) are not restricted by this policy. For products that are defective, not as described, or do not meet acceptable quality standards, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.
